This promise is about a website PrimeStart designs and builds for you, and it applies on the plans that include one.
It does not apply to standalone SEO. There is no website being designed and nothing to approve before launch, so there is nothing for this promise to cover — and we would rather say that plainly than leave you to assume a right you do not have.
Your website is built and shown to you privately before it is published. Nothing goes live until you say so.
When you review it you can ask for reasonable changes, and we will make them.
If there is a genuine problem with the design or the service, and after reasonable attempts we cannot put it right or cannot deliver what was agreed, we may end the website agreement and refund the website subscription payments you have made.
This applies before you have approved your website for launch.
When you approve your website and ask us to launch it, the Pre-Launch Design Promise comes to an end and the ordinary subscription terms apply.
It is not a general right to a refund if you later change your mind. It exists so that nobody is ever committed to a website they have not seen and agreed to.
