Who can refer, what a referral earns, when it is paid, and what is not allowed.

DRAFT — NOT YET IN FORCE. These terms describe how the PrimeStart Referral Programme works as built. The final wording is being prepared with PrimeStart's solicitor and will replace this text before the programme opens to the public. Nothing here should be relied on as a contractual position until then.
PrimeStart customers may join from their Client Platform by accepting these terms. PrimeStart may open membership to other partners in future on terms it publishes at the time.
On joining you receive a personal referral link and code. They identify you as the referrer; they are not to be published in a way that misrepresents PrimeStart.
A business that becomes a PrimeStart Website customer through your link earns you £100. A business that starts with Website + SEO earns you £200. That is one reward per business: the higher figure is not added to the lower one.
If a referred Website customer adds SEO before your reward has been paid, the reward becomes the £200 Website + SEO reward. Whether any further reward applies after a reward has been paid is at PrimeStart's discretion under the policy in force at the time.
The reward amounts may change for future referrals. A reward already earned keeps the amount recorded when it was earned.
A visit through your link is attributed to you for 90 days. The first valid referral link a business used is the one that counts; a later link does not replace it. PrimeStart may correct an attribution where there is a clear error, and records every such correction.
A reward becomes payable once the business you referred has become a PrimeStart customer, their first real payment has cleared, and they have stayed with PrimeStart for 30 days with no refund or dispute. We then approve it and pay it to you. Website referrals earn £100; Website + SEO referrals earn £200.
A reward is reversed if the referred customer's first payment is refunded or disputed, if the referral is found not to meet these terms, or if the customer was already a PrimeStart customer. You can see the status of every reward in your account.
GAP — NOT YET DECIDED: the payment method, the payment timetable after approval, and the tax treatment of rewards are for the final terms and are not stated here.
Referring yourself, your own business, or an account under your own email address. Creating accounts to earn rewards. Paid advertising, spam or messages that misrepresent PrimeStart or its prices. PrimeStart may set aside any referral it reasonably believes breaks these rules and may end a membership for misuse, recording its reasons.
Your dashboard shows the date, product and status of each referral. It does not show the name, business or contact details of the person you referred, and PrimeStart does not share your details with them beyond acknowledging that a referral was used.
