Is there really no upfront website design fee?
There is no separate design or setup invoice. You pay your first monthly payment when you sign up, complete a short onboarding in your Client Platform, and once we have confirmed the project is Ready to Build the work begins.
Why is there a minimum term?
Because we absorb the cost of designing and building your website rather than charging for it up front, and recover it through the monthly service. Complete the term and the website is yours: stay with PrimeStart on a rolling basis with no new minimum, or move it elsewhere.
What does Website include?
A professional website of generally up to five pages, your domain name, hosting, SSL, security, backups, updates, enquiry forms, the basic Google foundations, support, and reasonable small changes subject to fair use.
How quickly will my website be ready?
The first-draft target is five working days from the moment your project is Ready to Build, which is when we have what we need from you. You review the draft, we make reasonable changes, and it goes live when you approve it.
What if I do not like the design?
You see the website before anyone else does. That is the Pre-Launch Design Promise: you review the first draft on your phone and your desktop, ask for reasonable changes, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.
What is Website + SEO?
The same managed website, included, plus PrimeStart working every month on how easily local customers find your business on Google: three agreed searches, your Google Business Profile, your local listings, your website, and a clear monthly report. One monthly total, with the SEO work on a six-month minimum.
Do you build websites for my type of business?
Almost certainly. PrimeStart builds for trades, local services and small professional practices, and the structure, wording and enquiry route are designed around how your customers choose rather than dropped onto a generic template. If you would rather talk it through first, ask for a call.
