Cookie Policy

Version date: 14 September 2026

1. About this Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how PrimeStart uses cookies, browser storage and similar storage/access technologies on primestart.co.uk and the PrimeStart Client Platform.

PrimeStart is a trading name of PRIME START AGENCY LTD, 16501758, of 71-75 Shelton St, London WC2H 9JQ. For privacy questions, contact contact@primestart.co.uk.

This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device. We may also use session storage, local storage, pixels, SDKs or similar technologies that store or access information on a device or browser.

Some are necessary to provide a service you request, such as secure sign-in or preserving a checkout session. Others, such as analytics or advertising technologies, may be optional.

3. How we use them

We may use the following categories:

3.1 Strictly necessary

Used for security, authentication, load balancing, fraud/spam prevention, checkout integrity, form continuity, account sessions and remembering privacy choices. These are used where necessary to provide the service or protect it.

3.2 Functional

Used to remember optional preferences or enhance features. Where the law requires consent, these are not activated until consent is given.

3.3 Analytics and measurement

Used to understand how people use the website and improve performance. Where consent is legally required, these technologies are disabled until consent is given. If we rely on a specific statutory exemption for low-risk statistical measurement, we will satisfy the conditions of that exemption and explain the use transparently.

3.4 Marketing

Used, if enabled, to measure or personalise advertising or track users across services for marketing. These are not activated before valid consent where consent is required.

4. PrimeStart session and form technologies

PrimeStart may use short-lived first-party session cookies or browser session storage to:

  • preserve information during a multi-step form;
  • prevent accidental duplicate checkout submissions;
  • maintain secure account sessions;
  • enforce rate limits and protect forms from abuse; and
  • remember cookie/privacy preferences.

These technologies are not used to read the content of unrelated browsing activity.

5. Sign in with Google / Sign up with Google

If you choose Google authentication, Google Identity Services may use Google-controlled cookies or other browser storage needed to authenticate your Google Account and provide the sign-in flow. Google may act as an independent controller for parts of that processing under its own privacy terms.

PrimeStart uses the authentication result to create, link or sign you into your PrimeStart account. We do not receive your Google password.

6. Analytics

Where enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or another analytics service to understand aggregate usage, performance and conversion journeys.

If GA4 or another non-essential analytics configuration requires consent, it will not be activated until you consent through our cookie controls. Analytics configuration should be set to avoid sending form-field content such as names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text messages as analytics events.

Common Google Analytics cookies may include `_ga` and `_ga_<container-id>`, with durations controlled by Google’s configuration and our consent settings. The live cookie-settings panel should display the currently deployed technologies and durations.

7. Payment technologies

When you proceed to a payment flow, the payment provider shown at checkout (for example Mollie) may use necessary security, fraud-prevention or session technologies on its own pages or embedded payment interface. The provider’s own privacy/cookie information applies to technologies it controls.

8. Your choices

Where consent is required, you can accept, reject or configure non-essential technologies through the website’s cookie controls. Rejecting optional analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from browsing the public website or purchasing a PrimeStart service, although some optional features may work differently.

You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking all cookies may prevent account sign-in, checkout or other essential functions from working properly.

9. Withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through the Cookie Settings control available on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

10. Current cookie list and technical review

Because cookie names and durations can change when security, payment, authentication or analytics software is updated, the live Cookie Settings panel should be maintained as the authoritative technical inventory of currently deployed non-essential cookies and similar technologies.

PrimeStart will periodically review the site, including after material technology changes, to ensure that the list and consent configuration remain accurate.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when technologies, law or providers change. The current version will be published with its version date.
