These terms apply to one-off add-ons bought for a PrimeStart Managed Website. They should be read with the Managed Website Terms, Pricing Schedule, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Client Platform Terms, Privacy Policy and the Order.
1. Available add-ons
The advertised one-off add-ons are:
- Additional Page — £149.99
- 3-Page Expansion — £299.99
- Logo & Brand Pack — £179.99
- Google Business Profile Setup — £149.99
- Bespoke work — quoted separately
The accepted Order confirms the add-on purchased and the price payable.
2. Additional Page and 3-Page Expansion
2.1 The initial Managed Website includes up to 7 Pages. A page add-on increases the size of the website beyond the approved initial build and does not restart the Managed Website Initial Term.
2.2 An Additional Page includes the design and implementation of one normal website page within the existing site’s design system, responsive desktop/mobile presentation, normal page content supplied or agreed for that page, and integration into the existing navigation where appropriate.
2.3 A 3-Page Expansion includes the equivalent work for three additional Pages.
2.4 Page add-ons do not include ecommerce, booking systems, memberships, bespoke software, custom applications, major integrations, substantial redesigns or other significant new systems unless expressly included in the Order. Those items are bespoke work.
3. Logo & Brand Pack
3.1 The Logo & Brand Pack includes a branding brief, logo concept/design work, refinement of the selected direction, a core colour palette, typography direction and a practical export pack of the final approved logo assets in suitable common formats.
3.2 The price includes two rounds of revisions to the selected design direction. A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes submitted by the Customer. Further rounds, a change to an entirely new creative direction after selection, or materially expanded branding work may be quoted separately.
3.3 Third-party fonts, stock assets or other licensed items remain subject to their own licences.
4. Google Business Profile Setup
4.1 The GBP Setup add-on may include profile setup or claim assistance, business information, appropriate categories, services, description, hours, contact details, website details and reasonable guidance through Google’s verification process.
4.2 Google controls verification, approval, suspension, reinstatement and listing eligibility. PrimeStart does not guarantee that Google will approve, verify or retain a profile.
4.3 PrimeStart will not charge this add-on for materially the same setup work where that work is already included and being delivered under an active SEO tier.
5. Bespoke work
Ecommerce, booking systems, membership systems, custom applications, major integrations, substantial redesigns and other significant development are quoted separately. The quote or statement of work will describe the scope, price, payment terms and any specific assumptions.
6. Starting work and Consumer cancellation rights
6.1 Where the Customer is a Consumer and a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies, PrimeStart will not begin the add-on within that period unless the Consumer expressly asks PrimeStart to begin early.
6.2 If the Consumer asks PrimeStart to start during the cancellation period and later cancels within that period, the Consumer may have to pay the legally permitted proportion for services supplied before cancellation.
6.3 If a one-off service is fully performed within the 14-day period after the Consumer expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that the right to cancel would be lost once the service was fully performed, the statutory cancellation right may end on full performance.
6.4 These provisions do not reduce rights the Consumer may have if PrimeStart fails to perform the add-on with reasonable care and skill or fails to supply what was agreed.
7. Business Customers and refunds
7.1 Business Customers do not receive a statutory consumer cooling-off right simply because an add-on was bought online.
7.2 Before work starts, PrimeStart may agree to cancel and refund an unstarted add-on. Once work has started, refunds are governed by the accepted scope, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, PrimeStart’s performance and any rights that apply by law.
8. Delivery and Customer cooperation
PrimeStart will perform the add-on within a reasonable time having regard to the agreed scope and the Customer’s cooperation. The Customer must provide requested information, access and approvals. Any delivery date expressly agreed in writing forms part of the Order.
9. Tax, liability and governing law
The checkout shows the total amount payable, including any VAT or other tax PrimeStart is legally required to charge, before the order is placed. The liability, complaints, governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the Managed Website Terms apply to these add-ons as if repeated here.
