What you pay today is your first month. No design invoice, no setup fee, nothing else on the first bill.

Moving a website elsewhere is subject to the third-party licences every website relies on, such as WordPress, plugins, fonts and stock photography. The full wording is in the Website Subscription Terms and the Website + SEO Terms.

    Your Client Platform opens straight away. A short onboarding asks about your services, the areas you cover, your logo and any photographs you have.

    We confirm we have what we need. The five-working-day first-draft target runs from this point, not from the moment you paid.

    Design, build and your review

    We design and build it, check it ourselves, then show you the draft on your phone and your desktop and make reasonable changes.

    You approve it, we launch and look after it

    It goes live when you say so. Hosting, security, updates and support are ours from then on — and on Website + SEO the monthly search work begins.

Is the Website + SEO figure the total, with the website included?
Yes. Website + SEO is one monthly total and the website is inside it. The £49.99 is never added on top.
What do I pay when I sign up?
Your first monthly payment and nothing else, on either plan — there is no upfront website design fee and no separate setup invoice.
Why does the Website have an 18-month minimum term?
Because we absorb the cost of designing and building your website rather than charging for it up front, and recover it through the monthly service. The 18-month minimum is what makes the monthly model possible; the total over the term is shown in the ledger above. There is more about why PrimeStart is built this way on the About page.
Why does the SEO work have its own, shorter minimum?
Search takes time to build, measure and judge. 6 months gives the work a sensible minimum period to put the foundations in place and gather useful data. Every month of it also counts towards the 18-month Website term, so taking SEO never starts a second website term.
What happens if I stop the SEO?
Once the 6-month SEO minimum is complete you can remove it, and the website carries on without interruption at £49.99 a month for the rest of its own 18-month term. Ending SEO never ends the website agreement.
Can I start with the Website and add SEO later?
Yes. Get online first and move to Website + SEO whenever the business wants more from Google. The website does not change; the monthly SEO work is added to it.
Can you guarantee a position on Google?
No, and no provider honestly can. Positions move with competition, location and Google's own systems. What we commit to is the agreed work every month, tracked, and reported in a monthly update you can actually read.
Can I add extra pages or other services later?
Yes. Every PrimeStart customer can order additional services such as extra pages, branding and one-off optimisation through their client dashboard whenever they need them.
