This Pricing Schedule forms part of the applicable PrimeStart service terms and the Order accepted at checkout. The version recorded against the Order applies to that customer unless the customer later chooses a new or changed service on a different price version.
1. Managed Website
| Item | Price / term |
|---|---|
| PrimeStart Managed Website | £99.99 per month for months 1-12 |
| Included website size | Up to 7 pages in the initial build |
| Initial term | 12 months |
| Managed service from month 13 | £49.99 per month, rolling monthly |
| Pay first 12 months upfront | £1,019.90 |
| Website-only upfront saving | 15% off the 12-month list price of £1,199.88 |
The upfront option changes how the first 12 months are paid; it does not reduce the service scope for that period.
2. SEO Add-on
SEO is available only with an active PrimeStart Managed Website.
| Item | SEO Essential | SEO Growth |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | £99.99/month | £249.99/month |
| Monthly-plan minimum term | 6 months | 6 months |
| After minimum term | Rolling monthly, 30 days’ notice | Rolling monthly, 30 days’ notice |
| Prepaid option | 12 months at 12 x monthly price | 12 months at 12 x monthly price |
| Standalone SEO prepay discount | None | None |
3. Managed Website and SEO prepaid together
For a new customer buying and prepaying the first 12 months of both services together, the combined first-year prepayment receives one 25% combined-order discount.
| Item | Website + SEO Essential | Website + SEO Growth |
|---|---|---|
| Combined monthly equivalent | £199.98 | £349.98 |
| 12-month list value | £2,399.76 | £4,199.76 |
| Prepaid together | £1,799.82 | £3,149.82 |
| Saving | £599.94 | £1,049.94 |
| Monthly-plan minimum commitment if not prepaid | £1,799.82 | £2,699.82 |
For refund allocation only, the 25% combined-order saving is allocated proportionately across the website and SEO components. This means the discounted website component is £899.91; the discounted SEO component is £899.91 for Essential and £2,249.91 for Growth.
4. One-off add-ons
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Additional Page | £149.99 one-off |
| 3-Page Expansion | £299.99 one-off |
| Logo & Brand Pack | £179.99 one-off |
| Google Business Profile Setup | £149.99 one-off |
| Bespoke work, including ecommerce, booking, membership, major integrations or custom development | Quoted separately |
5. Discounts
Discounts do not stack. Only one promotional, referral or upfront saving applies to the same order. Where more than one valid saving is available, PrimeStart applies the larger saving unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. A 15% website-only upfront saving or a 25% combined website-and-SEO upfront saving counts as the discount for that order, so another promo or referral discount is not added on top.
6. Taxes and checkout total
The checkout shows the total amount payable before the customer places the order. Any VAT or other tax that PrimeStart is legally required to charge will be included in, or clearly added to, that total before the order is placed. PrimeStart will not add an undisclosed tax amount after the customer has placed the order.
