Web design for nail salons
She has already saved the picture she wants.
Every nail client arrives with a reference image on her phone and one question: can this salon actually do that? Not a description of your services, not how long you have been open. Whether the chrome, the ombré, the tiny hand-painted flowers are within reach of the people who work there. That makes your gallery the entire website. We build it around your work, host it and look after it, with a £0 upfront website design fee.
- Per month: £49.99
- Upfront website design fee: £0

The work
A wall of sets, and the ability to point at one.
Nail art is a visual trade with a vocabulary nobody agrees on. "Ombré" means five different things and "natural" means twenty. A filmstrip of your own sets lets a client point instead of describe, which is faster for her and far safer for you.

Photographs here are illustrative. Your own sets replace them, and we can pull your Instagram in so the strip keeps itself current.
Prices
Price the set, then price the art.
Nail pricing confuses clients more than any other beauty service, because the same appointment can be forty pounds or ninety depending on length, shape and how much painting is involved. Separating the base set from the art makes it comprehensible and protects you at the desk.
- Separate the set from the art
A base price plus art priced per nail is the only structure that survives contact with a client holding a complicated reference photo.
- State the infill cycle
Three to four weeks, and from what price. It sets the expectation that this is a repeating appointment, which is exactly the client you want.
- Be clear about other people's work
Whether you soak off a set somebody else did, and what that costs, is asked constantly and answered almost nowhere.
Prices shown are the example salon's illustrative rates. Yours are your own, and we change them whenever you want.
Booking
Let her send the picture with the booking.
The reference image is the appointment. If she can attach it when she requests a time, you know whether it is a forty-minute set or a two-hour one before she arrives, and nobody has an awkward conversation about time or price in the chair.
- Ask for the inspiration photo
One attachment turns a guess into a plan. It is the single most useful field on a nail salon's form and almost nobody has it.
- Ask what is on there now
Bare, your gel, or somebody else's acrylic. It changes the appointment length completely and it is better known in advance.
- Show infills as their own option
Existing clients rebooking are most of your diary. Making an infill one tap keeps them coming back on cycle.
Where clients come from
Nails are a habit, and habits are formed close to home.
A client who likes her set comes back every three or four weeks for years, which makes the first booking worth far more than the price of it. Almost all of those first bookings start with a local search or a friend's recommendation that gets looked up, so being findable in the specific towns around you is worth more than being findable across a city.
It also means the practical details earn their place. Parking, whether there are stairs, how late you are open on a Thursday and whether you take card are the things that decide between two salons whose work looks equally good. They are dull to write and they win appointments.

Your site plan
Four pages, and the gallery is three of them.
A nail salon needs less writing and more pictures than almost any other business. The structure should get out of the way.

Your Client Platform
Add last Saturday's sets from behind the desk.
Every PrimeStart customer gets their own Client Platform. It is where the project lives while it is being built, and where you send us new work once it is live.
- Follow the build stage by stage, without emailing to ask
- Send photographs of finished sets straight from your phone
- Message PrimeStart directly, with the whole thread in one place
- Preview the draft on a phone before anybody else sees it
- Approve the website before it goes live
- Ask for changes afterwards, and order services when you need them
- See your SEO report, tracked searches and recommendations each month (Website + SEO)
There is nothing technical to learn and no WordPress to open. One login, and the rest is us.

SEO
Three or four weeks, then she books again.
Website + SEO is optional monthly work on how easily local customers find you, aimed at three searches agreed with you. Nails has one of the shortest repeat cycles in any trade, so a new client found in January is still booking in December.
- £349.99/monthTotal. The website is included: the £49.99 Website is not added on top.
- 3 searchesAgreed with you at the start. Additional agreed search targets are £50/month each.
- Monthly workSearch and competitor research, website improvements, Google Business Profile work, local listings, technical monitoring and a clear monthly report in your Client Platform.
- 6-month minimumAfter the SEO minimum you can continue, or stop the SEO work and keep the Website for the rest of its 18-month term. Every month of it counts towards both.
Nobody can promise a position on Google, and we do not. What we commit to is the agreed work every month, tracking what happens, and changing course when the evidence says to.
- nail salon near me
- gel nails near me
- nail art near me
The Google Business Profile does a lot of the work in this trade, because photographs and reviews decide the map result and the map result is where the searches land. We research your area first, recommend three that make commercial sense, explain why, and agree them with you before any work starts. Additional agreed searches are +£50 a month each.
Already have a website you are happy with? Ongoing SEO is only available with the managed website, as Website + SEO — PrimeStart does not run SEO on a site it does not host. If you would rather keep your current site, talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether moving it across is worth it.
The plans
The same nail salon website, with or without the monthly SEO work.
The Website is the whole thing: designed, built, hosted, managed and kept current, with your domain name included. Website + SEO adds monthly work on how easily local customers find it. Clear pricing. Straightforward terms. No surprises.
A nail salon website that is mostly gallery, with prices that make sense and a booking that carries her inspiration photo.
Designers usually charge for the build before the website exists. We absorb that cost and recover it through the monthly service, which is why the plan carries a minimum term, and why there is nothing to pay up front beyond the first month.
Complete the term and the website is yours: stay with us on a rolling basis with no new minimum, or move it to hosting of your own.
Want PrimeStart working on how customers find you? Website + SEO is £349.99 a month in total, with the same website included. The same managed website, plus monthly work on three agreed local searches and the Business Profile that carries most nail traffic. How SEO works

How it works
Your part takes less time than a full set.
Choose a plan, send us your prices and your best sets, then tell us what to change on the draft. We do the rest.
- 1
Choose your plan
Website, or Website + SEO. The upfront website design fee is £0 and your first monthly payment is taken at signup.
- 2
Send us the sets
A short onboarding in your Client Platform: your services, prices and durations, your infill policy, photographs of your work, your hours, and where bookings should land.
- 3
Ready to Build
We check we have what we need. If a price or a policy needs a decision, we say exactly which, and get on with the rest.
- 4
First draft
A working draft on a phone first: the gallery, the prices, and the request form with photo upload.
- 5
Approve and launch
Reasonable in-scope changes, then you approve it. Nothing is published until you say so.
We aim to have your first website draft ready within 5 working days once PrimeStart has everything needed and confirms your project is Ready to Build. Payment alone doesn’t start the clock; missing details, revisions or domain delays can extend it.
You review the draft and request reasonable in-scope changes. If there’s a genuine problem we can’t put right within scope after reasonable attempts, we can cancel the agreement and refund Website subscription payments made, subject to any disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs.
