Web design for chiropractors
Here the wording matters as much as the design.
Chiropractic advertising is scrutinised more closely than almost any other healthcare marketing in the UK, and a great many clinic websites carry claims their regulator would not accept. A site that describes the assessment and the care carefully, publishes fees and shows registration is both safer and more persuasive than one making promises. We build it that way, host it and look after it, with a £0 upfront website design fee.
- Per month: £49.99
- Upfront website design fee: £0

Careful wording
What a chiropractic website should and should not say.
This matters commercially as well as professionally. Clinics have been required to remove claims, and a site written carefully in the first place avoids that entirely while reading as more credible to a thoughtful patient.
- Describe the care, not the cure
What an assessment involves, what techniques you use, what a course of care typically looks like. Not what conditions it resolves.
- Keep to claims your regulator accepts
There is published guidance about what chiropractors may say in advertising, and it is narrower than many clinics assume. We write to what you and your professional body are comfortable with.
- Avoid claims about non-musculoskeletal conditions
This is the area that attracts complaints. If it is outside what the evidence and the guidance support, it should not be on the website at any price.
- No testimonials that make claims for you
A patient review that says you cured something is a claim you have published, whoever wrote it. Reviews are handled carefully and never used to say what the clinic cannot.
- Refer, and say that you do
Making clear that you will refer to a GP or another professional where appropriate is both good practice and genuinely reassuring to a cautious patient.
We write the site to the standards your regulator and professional body set, and you approve every word before publication. We will flag wording that looks risky rather than publish it and leave you to deal with the consequences.

Your first visit
An hour, and mostly talking and testing.
Nearly everybody booking a first chiropractic appointment has an idea in their head from television or a friend, and it is usually wrong. Describing the appointment properly reduces anxiety and stops people expecting a single dramatic fix.
- 1
History and questions
What has been happening, for how long, what makes it better or worse, and your general health. Longer than people expect, and the part that shapes everything after.
- 2
Physical examination
Movement, orthopaedic and neurological testing as appropriate. Wear something you can move in, and expect to be examined.
- 3
Findings explained
What was found, what it means, and whether chiropractic care is appropriate at all. Being told it is not is a legitimate and honest outcome.
- 4
A plan, and consent
What care is proposed, how often, roughly how many appointments and what it will cost, with consent taken before anything is done.
- 5
What you do between visits
Exercises and activity advice. The part that does much of the work and the part patients most often skip.
We aim to have your first website draft ready within 5 working days once PrimeStart has everything needed and confirms your project is Ready to Build. Payment alone doesn’t start the clock; missing details, revisions or domain delays can extend it.
You review the draft and request reasonable in-scope changes. If there’s a genuine problem we can’t put right within scope after reasonable attempts, we can cancel the agreement and refund Website subscription payments made, subject to any disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs.
Booking
Publish the fee. It is the question stopping people.
Chiropractic care is widely assumed to be both expensive and open-ended, and clinics that hide fees confirm the suspicion. Showing the initial assessment fee and the follow-up rate, and being clear that the plan is agreed at the first visit, removes the main hesitation.
- Separate the assessment from the care
It makes the first appointment a discrete, bounded decision rather than the start of an unknown commitment, which is exactly what people are afraid of.
- Say that you might say no
Telling people you will say so if chiropractic care is not appropriate is disarming and true, and it converts far better than confidence would.
- No open-ended plans
Being explicit that the plan has a defined length, reviewed as you go, answers the criticism this profession most often faces.
Registration
Chiropractor is a protected title in UK law.
Only a registrant may use it, and the regulator maintains a public register that patients can and do check. Displaying registration clearly is a professional expectation and a straightforward reassurance to somebody who has never been to a chiropractor before.
We display exactly what you and your clinicians hold and nothing beyond it: no borrowed credentials, no implied specialisms, no invented experience.
Things we'll display if they apply to you
- Each clinician's statutory registration and registration number
- Professional association membership
- Postgraduate qualifications and additional training
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Your complaints procedure and how to raise a concern
- Whether you are recognised by health insurers, and which
- Clinic accessibility, parking and opening hours
- Reviews handled within the advertising standards that apply to your profession
Chiropractic is a statutorily regulated profession in the UK and the title is protected. You tell us exactly what each clinician is registered and qualified to do, and we present precisely that, with any wording your professional body or indemnity provider requires.
Where patients come from
Most people arrive sceptical, or sent by somebody who was not.
Chiropractic has an unusual position: strong word of mouth from people it has helped, and genuine public scepticism at the same time. Both types of visitor land on the same website. The one who was recommended is checking you are real and registered; the one who found you by searching is deciding whether this is a legitimate healthcare option at all. Careful, unexaggerated writing satisfies both, and overclaiming loses the second one immediately.
Locally, the searches are almost all about a body part or a symptom, and they are made by people who have decided to spend money on something they have been putting up with. Naming the towns you cover matters because nobody in discomfort drives across a county, and because your existing patients recommend you to neighbours.

Your site plan
Five pages, and the first-visit page does the persuading.
Careful description beats confident claims in this profession, and the page explaining what actually happens is the one that turns a cautious visitor into an appointment.

The logic of SEO
Careful sites outperform confident ones here.
Website + SEO is optional monthly work on how easily local customers find you, aimed at three searches agreed with you. This is a profession where restraint reads as credibility, and where the compliant version of the site is also the better-converting one.
The kind of searches SEO works on
- chiropractor Chester
- back pain clinic Chester
- neck pain treatment Chester
£349.99/month total, website included. SEO never promises a position, a number of enquiries or a revenue figure. It promises the work, every month.
Already have a website you are happy with? Ongoing SEO is only available with the managed website, as Website + SEO — PrimeStart does not run SEO on a site it does not host. If you would rather keep your current site, talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether moving it across is worth it.
- 1
A website that reads as clinical
Registration visible, fees published, the assessment explained, no promises. Beside a clinic making bold claims, it is the calmer one that a cautious patient books.
- 2
Found by the people already looking
SEO is monthly work on the local searches, your Google Business Profile and the listings that decide who appears when somebody near you types chiropractor near me.
- 3
Symptom searches, handled carefully
People search for the body part rather than the profession. Those pages can be written accurately, describing assessment rather than claiming treatment outcomes, and they still bring the appointment.
- 4
A site that earns one assessment
Everything points at a single bounded first appointment. Nothing on the page asks anybody to commit to a course of care they have not had explained.
We research your area first, recommend three that make commercial sense, explain why, and agree them with you before any work starts. Search targets in regulated professions are chosen with the advertising rules in mind.
Your Client Platform
Update a fee or a clinician without ringing anybody.
Every PrimeStart customer gets their own Client Platform. It is where the project lives: the stage it has reached, what we are waiting on, the draft to look through, and the button that says you are happy with it.
- Follow the build stage by stage, without emailing to ask
- Send documents and photographs straight from your phone
- Message PrimeStart directly, with the whole thread in one place
- Preview the draft on a laptop and a phone, and mark up changes
- Approve the website before anything goes live
- Ask for changes afterwards, and order services when you need them
- See your SEO report, tracked searches and recommendations each month (Website + SEO)
There is nothing technical to learn. One login to your Client Platform, and you never have to open WordPress.

The plans
The same chiropractic website, with or without the monthly SEO work.
The Website is the whole thing: designed, built, hosted, managed and kept current, with your domain name included. Website + SEO adds monthly work on how easily local customers find it. Clear pricing. Straightforward terms. No surprises.
A chiropractic website that is careful about claims, clear about fees, and explains the first visit properly.
Designers usually charge for the build before the website exists. We absorb that cost and recover it through the monthly service, which is why the plan carries a minimum term, and why there is nothing to pay up front beyond the first month.
Complete the term and the website is yours: stay with us on a rolling basis with no new minimum, or move it to hosting of your own.
