Tobacco Dock, the Grade I dock warehouse engineered by John Rennie and completed in 1812, was converted into a shopping centre in 1990 at a cost of £47 million. It failed commercially, stood largely vacant through the 1990s, and has operated since 2012 as an events and conferencing venue for up to 10,000 people. Tobacco Dock's own history is the clearest fact about trade in Wapping. You review the draft and request reasonable in-scope changes. If there’s a genuine problem we can’t put right within scope after reasonable attempts, we can cancel the agreement and refund Website subscription payments made, subject to any disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs.
