Stroud Green Road is the spine of the area, running from Crouch End at the top down to Finsbury Park station at the bottom, and it is a genuine local hub: independent restaurants, cafes and bars, delis and food shops, two supermarkets, barbers, small clinics and professional services along a single busy street.
