Websites for IT support and managed service providers

Web design for IT support and managed service providers that spell out the contract

PrimeStart designs a business-to-business website around your company, then hosts it, updates it and looks after it for you. Built to answer a business owner plainly — your service scope, your contract terms, and a fast way to ask for a quote — from £79.99 a month with £0 upfront design fee.

Why a website

A business owner checks scope and contract terms, not a features list.

A business comparing IT support providers is usually checking what a contract actually covers - helpdesk hours, Microsoft 365, backups, cloud, hardware - and what the SLA promises, and a site that shows this plainly wins the enquiry against one built entirely from generic technology stock photography.

01

They check your service scope

Helpdesk, Microsoft 365 management, backups, cloud and hardware, told apart clearly, is the first thing a business comparing providers looks for.

02

They check your response times and SLA

How quickly you respond, and what's genuinely guaranteed in the contract, matters directly to a business relying on its systems staying up.

03

They check your certifications

Cyber Essentials or other accreditations, shown honestly, reassure a business handing over its IT to an outsourced provider.

04

They want a fast way to ask for a quote

A form that starts the conversation efficiently, so the next step is a reply rather than an unanswered message.

Getting found

A business usually searches before shortlisting a provider.

"IT support company Leeds", "outsourced IT for small business", "Microsoft 365 migration help" — searches a business makes once it's comparing providers. Website + SEO is the ongoing work of being visible when they do.

  • Local searches, agreed with you. We pick the three searches that matter most to your business — say, "IT support Leeds", "managed IT services" and "Microsoft 365 support" — and work on them every month.
  • Google Business Profile. Set up and kept current, so you appear on the map with your service area, hours and a way to reach you.
  • Reviews handled carefully. A simple way to gather genuine reviews from clients you've served, shown as written and never used to imply a result we can't confirm.
  • Content that answers real questions. What a support contract covers, how response times work, and what onboarding involves, written accurately for a business comparing providers.
  • A monthly report you can read. What moved and what we're doing about it — in your Client Platform, without the analytics jargon.

We never promise rankings or a number of new enquiries. We do promise consistent, honest work on being found — and to show you exactly what we did.

Built for you

A business deciding on a provider needs your scope and terms fast, not a page of generic server-room photography.

The business is usually deciding, carefully and with input from more than one person, whether to trust its IT to your company. A generic IT-support template treats every provider the same. We don't.

Every PrimeStart website is designed from scratch and custom coded on WordPress in HTML and PHP — no page builders, no theme bought off a shelf with your logo dropped in. It's built around what a business needs to decide with confidence: your scope, your terms, and how to get a quote.

"A business choosing an IT support provider doesn't need a photograph of a server rack. They need to know, clearly, what a contract covers and what happens when something breaks."

  • 1

Helpdesk, Microsoft 365, backups, cloud and hardware told apart clearly

Never one generic "IT support" page that makes a business guess what's actually included.

  • 2

Contracts and SLAs, shown as your own

Described exactly as you offer them, never implied as an industry-standard promise.

  • 3

Cyber Essentials and accreditations, as they actually stand

Never implied as held before it's confirmed.

  • 4

A fast way to ask for a quote

Never a client portal or ticketing system we haven't built — a business enquiry route that starts the conversation efficiently.

Request a call
Can the site show our Cyber Essentials certification?
Yes, if you hold it. Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed scheme, certified through IASME-licensed certification bodies; we show your certification exactly as held, never assumed on your behalf.
Does the website include a client portal?
No. We never promise a client portal, ticketing system or live chat as part of the standard plan. The site presents your services and encourages a business enquiry, rather than a self-service system.
Can the site describe our SLAs?
Yes, described as your own contract terms exactly as you offer them — response times, support hours, whatever genuinely applies. We never assume an SLA you haven't confirmed.
How much does a website for an IT support company cost with PrimeStart?
Website is £79.99 a month for 12 months with no upfront design fee, or £815.90 paid once. Website + SEO is £349.99 a month in total, or £2,192.90 paid upfront. After the first 12 months, the service continues automatically at £49.99 a month with no new minimum term, unless you give 30 days' notice.
We also do walk-in computer repairs - can that go on the same site?
Yes, but described as a separate service from your ongoing managed IT support, so a business customer isn't confused about which they're enquiring for. If that side of the business is substantial, we can build a dedicated computer repair page alongside this one.
Do we own the website?
Yes. On the monthly plan the site is yours after the agreed 12-month term, subject to the contract. If you pay upfront you can choose an early handover once the site is complete and approved, or keep it managed with us.
How quickly will I see a first draft?
We aim to have your first website draft ready within 5 working days once PrimeStart has everything needed and confirms your project is Ready to Build. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved it.
