No. We never promise a project portal, ticketing system or client dashboard as part of the standard plan. The site presents your work and encourages a discovery-call enquiry, rather than a self-service system.
Can the site explain the difference between bespoke and off-the-shelf software?
Yes. Many visitors are comparing custom development against buying ready-made software, and a clear, honest explanation of when each makes sense helps them decide whether to book a call with you. Do we own the website?
Yes. On the monthly plan the site is yours after the agreed 12-month term, subject to the contract. If you pay upfront you can choose an early handover once the site is complete and approved, or keep it managed with us.
How quickly will I see a first draft?
We aim to have your first website draft ready within 5 working days once PrimeStart has everything needed and confirms your project is Ready to Build. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved it.
