There is no single right answer for every business. If a large upfront build with nothing monthly afterwards genuinely suits you better, say so on a call and we will tell you honestly.

Designers usually charge for the build before the website exists. We absorb that cost and recover it through the monthly service instead, which is why the plan carries a minimum term, and why there is nothing to pay up front beyond the first month.

Complete the term and the website is yours: stay with us on a rolling basis with no new minimum, or move it to hosting of your own.

Is there really no upfront website design fee?
There is no separate design or setup invoice. You pay your first monthly payment when you sign up, complete your onboarding, and once we have confirmed the project is Ready to Build the work begins.
Why is there a minimum term?
Because we absorb the cost of designing and building your website rather than charging for it up front, and recover it through the monthly service. The minimum term is what makes the monthly model possible.
Do I own the website?
Once you have completed the minimum term and made the payments due under it, the completed website and your content are yours: stay with PrimeStart on a rolling basis or move it to hosting of your own. Transfer is subject to the third-party licences any website relies on, such as WordPress, plugins, fonts and stock photography.
Do I need to write the wording?
No. You give us accurate information about your business, your services and the areas you cover, and we turn it into clear, professional website copy within the agreed scope.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. Reasonable small changes are included, subject to fair use: opening hours, photographs, prices, contact details and basic service information. Anything larger, such as extra pages, is an additional service you can order through your client dashboard, and we agree it with you before any work starts.
Can you build an online shop?
Online shops, booking platforms and other complex functionality sit outside this plan. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
