Does PrimeStart do any of the animation or motion graphics work shown on our site?
No. PrimeStart builds and runs your website; every project in your showreel is entirely your own animation or motion graphics work. We never claim any creative role in it. Animation UK, the trade body for the sector, is a useful reference if you want to check current standards or membership.
Does the website include a client portal for sharing project files?
No. We never promise a client portal or file-sharing system as part of the standard plan. The site presents your reel and encourages a studio enquiry, rather than a self-service system.

Is the domain name included?
Yes. Your domain name is registered and managed as part of the plan, and if you already own one we will use it.
How quickly will I see a first draft?
We aim to have your first website draft ready within 5 working days once PrimeStart has everything needed and confirms your project is Ready to Build. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved it.
