Websites for courier companies

One parcel has to be in Coventry by 3pm today. One business wants a driver on their multi-drop round every morning.

PrimeStart designs a website around your courier business, then hosts it, updates it and looks after it for you. Built to give a real quote for a real job and state your coverage honestly — from £99.99 a month with £0 upfront design fee.

Why a website

A deadline job and a daily round are both decided on the same two facts: do you cover it, and what will it cost.

Nobody hands a time-critical parcel to a stranger's van without a real quote and an honest cut-off time. A website that hides coverage and pricing behind a bare contact form loses that job to whoever states it plainly.

01

A same-day customer wants a real quote, fast

Pickup, drop-off and size gathered up front, and a realistic cut-off time stated honestly, not a phone call to find out whether it's even possible.

02

A contract customer wants a driver on their round

A business needing a regular multi-drop round wants a route to discuss volume and regularity, not the same form as a one-off job.

03

Coverage is stated honestly, not assumed

Being clear about the areas you actually cover, and where you don't, is what turns an enquiry into a booked job rather than a wasted one.

04

The right trade is named clearly

Same-day and next-day van work is a different trade to heavy haulage or freight forwarding, and the site should say so.

Getting customers

Somebody with a deadline parcel is searching right now.

“Same day courier near me”, “next day delivery Coventry”, “contract courier West Midlands” — different searches, different urgency. Website + SEO is the ongoing work of being found for each one.

  • Local searches, agreed with you. We pick the three searches that matter most to your business — say, “same day courier Coventry”, “next day delivery near me” and “contract courier West Midlands” — and work on them every month.
  • Google Business Profile. Set up and kept current, so your coverage area, contact details and same-day cut-off time show up correctly on the map when it matters most.
  • Reviews from genuine customers. A simple way to ask satisfied customers for a Google review, because a review is what someone checks before trusting a time-critical parcel to a new courier.
  • Content that answers real questions. What a same-day job actually costs, and how a contract round works — the things people search for before they're ready to book.
  • A monthly report you can read. What we did, what moved, and what's next — in your Client Platform, in clear, straightforward language.

We never promise rankings or a number of customers. We do promise consistent, honest work on being found — and to show you exactly what we did.

Built for you

Coverage and cut-off times need to sit where a time-pressed customer actually looks.

Someone with a 3pm deadline and someone setting up a daily contract round are both making a time-pressed, practical decision, and both deserve coverage and pricing stated plainly rather than buried behind a bare contact form. A template can't put the right facts in the right place. We can.

Every PrimeStart website is designed from scratch and custom coded on WordPress in HTML and PHP — no page builders, no theme bought off a shelf with your name typed in. It's built around a quote form that gathers the real job, coverage and cut-off times stated honestly, and same-day, next-day and contract work set out as the different services they are.

“One parcel needs to be there by 3pm. One business wants the same van on their round every morning. Neither wants to guess at a price.”

  • 1

    Pickup, drop-off, size

Gathered through the form, so the quote sent back reflects the actual job rather than a flat-rate guess.

  • 2

Where you go, and where you don't

Your real coverage area and a realistic same-day cut-off, so a customer with a deadline knows before they commit.

  • 3

    Same-day, next-day, contract

Most businesses on this page run all three, and the site sets them out separately rather than blurring them together.

  • 4

A form built for a regular round

Volume and regularity asked up front, so a business's multi-drop round is quoted properly, not as a single job.

Most of our work comes from repeat business customers. Do we need a website?
Repeat business keeps the vans moving until a customer moves premises or a competitor turns up first in a search. A website is where a new business checks your coverage and, if your fleet needs one, your goods vehicle operator's licence position, before they hand over a time-critical parcel.
How much does a website for a courier company cost with PrimeStart?
Website is £99.99 a month for 12 months with no upfront design fee, or £899.91 paid upfront for the year (save 25%). Website + SEO is £349.99 a month in total, or £3,149.91 paid upfront for 12 months of Website and SEO. For new agreements, after the first 12 months the website continues automatically at £49.99 a month for hosting and aftercare, with no new minimum term, unless you give 30 days' notice; Website + SEO continues at £299.99 a month while SEO is still running. Existing customers keep the pricing in their own agreement.
Can the site quote a job automatically?
No. The site gathers pickup, drop-off and size through a quote form, and sends it to you — a genuine courier quote depends on the actual job, not a flat-rate calculator.
Can the site show our coverage and cut-off times clearly?
Yes. Your coverage area and a realistic same-day cut-off time are stated plainly, so a customer with a deadline knows before they commit rather than after.
We do same-day jobs and regular contract rounds. Can the site show both properly?
Yes. Most businesses on this page run both, so the site sets them out separately — a quote route for a one-off job, and a contract enquiry route for a business wanting a regular multi-drop round.
We're a courier, not a haulage firm. Will the site make that clear?
Yes. Couriers cover same-day, next-day and multi-drop van work for parcels and smaller consignments — a different trade to long-distance heavy freight or international freight forwarding, and the site is written for the trade you actually do.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On the monthly plan the site is yours after the agreed 12-month term, subject to the contract. If you pay upfront you can choose an early handover once the site is complete and approved, or keep it managed with us.
How long until my site is live?
Once we have your details and photos we design your site, show it to you, make your amendments and go live only when you've approved it. You'll see the first design before anything is public.
