No. We never build or promise a membership or payment system as part of the standard plan. The site describes your sessions and links to your organisation's own existing joining or enquiry process, rather than replacing it.
Can the site say what our safeguarding arrangements are?
Yes, described plainly as your organisation's own policy and responsibility - for example, that staff and volunteers working with young people are DBS-checked where your organisation requires it. We never make a safeguarding claim on your behalf; it's stated only where you've confirmed it's true. GOV.UK's guidance on safeguarding for charities and trustees sets out the wider duty most youth organisations sit within.
Can the site mention that we're a registered charity?
Yes, but only where it's genuinely true of your organisation, stated conditionally rather than assumed.
How much does a website for a youth organisation or club cost with PrimeStart?

For new agreements, after the first 12 months the website continues automatically at £49.99 a month for hosting and aftercare, with no new minimum term, unless you give 30 days' notice; Website + SEO continues at £299.99 a month while SEO is still running. Existing customers keep the pricing in their own agreement.
Is the domain name included?
Yes. Your domain name is registered and managed as part of the plan, and if you already own one we will use it.
How quickly will I see a first draft?
We aim to have your first website draft ready within 5 working days once PrimeStart has everything needed and confirms your project is Ready to Build. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved it.
