Who can join?
Any PrimeStart customer can join from their Client Platform. If you are not a customer but work with small businesses — an accountant, a consultant, a designer — get in touch, because PrimeStart can invite selected partners directly. Selected partners may be invited to Partner Agency before reaching the qualifying referral threshold.
How much can I earn?
£100 for each business that becomes a Website customer, or £200 if they start with Website + SEO — one reward per business, not both. There is no cap on how many businesses you can refer. If you unlock Partner Agency, you keep earning the same rewards for every qualifying customer you bring in.
When do I get paid?
A reward becomes payable once the business has become a customer, their first real payment has cleared, and they have stayed with PrimeStart for 30 days without a refund or dispute. We then approve it and pay it. You can watch each step in your referral dashboard.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. Share your link as often as you like; every qualifying business earns its own reward.
What happens if they use a promotion code?
Your referral still counts. A promotion changes what they pay; it does not change who referred them or what you earn. If a promotion means their first payment is £0, the reward waits until a real payment has cleared.
Can I refer myself?
No. A referral from your own account, your own email address or for your own website is not eligible and is set aside automatically.
How are referrals tracked?
Your personal link records the visit and stays attached to that person for 90 days, through signing up, signing in with Google and paying. The first valid referral link a business used is the one that counts.
What if they add SEO later?
If they add SEO before your Website reward has been paid, the reward is raised to £200. After it has been paid, any further reward is at PrimeStart's discretion under the programme terms.
Where can I see my referrals?
In your Client Platform, under Referrals: your link, a QR code, clicks, signups, each referral's status, and every reward from pending to paid.
Do referrals expire?
A link visit is attributed for 90 days. If the business signs up after that, the referral will not be counted unless they use your link again.
Are there Referral Programme Terms?
Yes. You accept them when you join, and they set out eligibility, qualification, payment and what PrimeStart may do about misuse.
What is Partner Agency?
Your own branded web-design business. You choose the name, branding and domain; PrimeStart builds the website, and PrimeStart builds, supports and bills every customer you bring in.
How do I qualify?
Refer 3 qualifying customers. Clicks, leads, unpaid or refunded orders and self-referrals do not count.
Do I need to know web design?
No.
Does PrimeStart build my Partner website?
Yes.
Can I choose my business name?
Yes, subject to approval.
Can I choose my domain?
Yes, subject to availability and setup requirements.
Can I edit the website myself?
No. PrimeStart manages it to keep quality, security and product information accurate.
