The website has its own 18-month term and the SEO has its own 6-month minimum. They start together and count together, so taking SEO alongside the website never makes the website term longer.

What does the £349.99 a month actually cover?
Web design and ongoing SEO from one team. Website + SEO is £349.99 a month in total: the website, custom-designed, built, hosted and looked after, and the monthly SEO work on your site and your Google presence, on one invoice, with the website included in that figure rather than charged on top of it.
Do I need SEO, or is the website enough?
If most of your work comes through word of mouth and you want a professional website that is handled for you, Website is enough. If you want people who search Google for your trade in your area to find you more often, that is what the SEO work is for, and Website + SEO is the product to choose.
How long before the SEO makes a difference?
Months rather than weeks, honestly. Search results build as the work accumulates, which is why the SEO has a 6-month minimum: it is the shortest period in which the work has a fair chance to show. What happens if I want to stop the SEO?
Once the 6-month SEO minimum is complete you can remove SEO on 30 days’ notice. Your website carries on without interruption at £49.99 a month for the rest of its own 18-month term. Ending one part never ends the other.
Do the two minimum terms run one after the other?
No. They run at the same time. Every month you are on Website + SEO counts towards both the 18-month website term and the 6-month SEO minimum, so taking SEO alongside your website does not start a second, longer commitment.
I already have a PrimeStart website. Can I add SEO?
Yes — talk to us and we will move you onto Website + SEO. Your website term carries on as it is; the SEO minimum starts when the SEO does.
What happens at the end of the 18 months?
The completed website is yours, on the terms of the Website agreement, and you can stay with PrimeStart or take it elsewhere. The exact scope of what transfers is set out in the Website + SEO terms.
