Web design across Brent

Web design in Brent has to speak to both of the borough's commercial engines.

Why a website

Brent runs from a 90,000-seat stadium to a 1,200-acre industrial estate. Web design in Brent has to say which economy you actually trade in.

Wembley's events crowd, Park Royal's warehouses and Willesden's settled high street all sit inside one borough, and each finds a business in a different way. A site that only says "Brent" reads as vague to a customer who already knows which part of it they mean.

01

They search the district, not the borough

A resident of Willesden rarely searches "Brent" for a tradesperson — they search "Willesden", the way someone near Wembley Stadium searches that name instead. A site naming only the borough answers a search nobody actually runs.

02

Park Royal customers are other businesses

A business trading among Park Royal's roughly 1,200 companies is usually found by other businesses, not passing residential footfall, and needs a site written for that.

03

They want to see the finished work

Photographs of jobs finished on streets they recognise — Wembley High Road, Willesden Green, Harlesden — do more to win trust than a general claim to cover the whole borough.

04

They want clear information before they commit

An enquiry form that reaches your phone catches the evening decision — someone comparing two or three businesses after work, wherever in the borough they're based.

Brent

Two older boroughs, merged in 1965, that never fully became one place.

Brent did not grow outward from a single centre. It was assembled in 1965 from Wembley and Willesden, two boroughs with very different characters, and those characters have mostly stayed intact.

The modern borough is created

The London Government Act 1963 creates the London Borough of Brent, merging the Municipal Borough of Wembley with the Municipal Borough of Willesden.

2019

Brent reported as most internationally diverse

Brent is reported as the only local authority in the country where over half of residents were born abroad, ahead of the 2021 census finding just 43.9% UK-born.

Ongoing

Regeneration across six named areas

Brent Council lists Wembley, Park Royal, South Kilburn, Church End, Neasden and Alperton as active areas on its own regeneration programme.

What this means for your website today

Two boroughs, two economies, still.

Wembley's events crowd and Park Royal's warehouses sit either end of the same borough. A site has to say which one it belongs to.

No local authority in the country is more diverse.

With just 43.9% of residents UK-born at the 2021 census, a Brent business is more likely than almost anywhere else to be found by search terms in more than one language.

Still changing, visibly.

Six named regeneration areas mean parts of Brent look different to how they looked a few years ago, and the businesses that serve them are found locally, not assumed.

Getting found locally

Searches here carry the district name — Wembley, Willesden, Kilburn, Harlesden — because Brent was never really one place.

"Estate agent wembley", "letting agent willesden", "security company park royal" — the same borough behaves like several different markets depending which district someone means. Website + SEO is the ongoing work of putting your business in front of those searches.

  • Local searches, agreed with you. We pick the three searches that matter most to your business — say, "estate agent wembley", "letting agent willesden" and "security company park royal" — and work on them every month.
  • Google Business Profile. Set up and kept current, so you appear on the map for the part of Brent you actually cover, with your hours, photos and a way to call you.
  • Reviews from genuine customers. A simple way to ask happy customers for a Google review after the job, useful in a borough where several districts each have their own established trades.
  • A page per district you serve. Wembley, Willesden, Kilburn, Park Royal — each written properly, not one page claiming the whole borough at once.
  • A monthly report you can read. How each district you've targeted moved that month, set out in your Client Platform.

We never promise rankings or a number of customers. We do promise consistent, honest work on being found locally — and to show you exactly what we did.

Built for you

A letting agent near Wembley Stadium and a security company working Park Royal need very different websites.

Brent's two founding boroughs mean two businesses in the same borough can face almost opposite conditions — one riding an events calendar, the other working business-to-business among warehouses. A template can't tell the difference. We can.

Every PrimeStart website is designed from scratch and custom coded on WordPress in HTML and PHP — no page builders, no theme bought off a shelf with your name typed in. Built to hold its own from Wembley to Park Royal.

“The Wembley agent needs a site that keeps pace with an events calendar. The Park Royal business needs one that reads as credible to other businesses, not residential customers. Same borough, completely different website.”

Wembley, Willesden, Kilburn, Park Royal — each written for how people there search, not one page for the whole borough.

  • 2

    Your services, structured for search

Each service on its own page, described the way people across Brent look for it.

  • 3

Your reviews, where people look for them

Genuine Google reviews shown on the site, because in a borough this diverse, reviews are what a customer checks before trusting a name they don't already know.

  • 4

An enquiry form that asks the right questions

District, the job, photos and timing — so you can rule out the far side of the borough before you pick up the phone.

Request a call
Which parts of Brent do you cover?
All of it: Wembley, Willesden, Kilburn, Harlesden, Neasden, Kingsbury, Kenton, Queen's Park and Park Royal. Everything is designed, built and managed remotely, so there is no office to visit.
I work in Wembley and Willesden. Do I need a page for each?
If the work differs between them, yes. People search by the district they live in, so a page that names Alperton's streets and another that names Willesden's does more than one page listing both. Extra area pages can be ordered through your Client Platform when you need them.
Is Brent really the most diverse borough in the country?
The 2021 census recorded 43.9% of Brent residents as born in the UK, reported as the lowest proportion of any local authority in England and Wales, and in 2019 Brent was reported as the only local authority where over half of residents were born abroad. We mention it because it genuinely shapes local search, not as a claim of our own.
How much does a website cost with PrimeStart?
Website is £79.99 a month for 12 months with no upfront design fee, or £815.90 paid once. Website + SEO is £349.99 a month in total, or £2,192.90 paid upfront. After the first 12 months, the service continues automatically at £49.99 a month with no new minimum term, unless you give 30 days' notice.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On the monthly plan the site is yours after the agreed 12-month term, subject to the contract. If you pay upfront you can choose an early handover once the site is complete and approved, or keep it managed with us.
Park Royal is changing with the Old Oak and Park Royal regeneration. Should we wait before building a site?
No — a fast-changing area is exactly where being found early matters most. Tell us honestly what you offer and who you're trying to reach, and we'll build a site around where things stand now, not a guess at where they'll be in a few years.
How long until my site is live?
Once we have your details and photos we design your site, show it to you, make your amendments and go live only when you've approved it. You'll see the first design before anything is public.
