Tottenham Hale is being built from scratch around one of London's biggest transport interchanges. The Heart of Hale masterplan is delivering 1,030 new homes, a health centre, retail units, workspace and a cinema across brownfield sites clustered around the station, on land that was a post-industrial, traffic-dominated junction before construction started in 2020. People are unpacking into flats that did not exist a few years ago, with no inherited barber, no family dentist, no default takeaway. We design, build, host and look after a professional WordPress website for £49.99 a month that puts your business in front of them at the exact moment they're looking for one, and we can work on your Google visibility as well.

New arrivals off the Tottenham Hale interchange search before they have a preference. Being findable first is the whole game.
"Dentist Tottenham Hale", "barber N17", "gym near Ashley Road": people newly moved in are searching for a service, not for a business they already know. Ongoing SEO is monthly work on three agreed searches like these, so more of those first-time searchers find you rather than whoever simply ranked before you did.

- 01“dentist Tottenham Hale”
A new resident with no existing practice is choosing for the first time, so they read the site properly: who the clinicians are, how a first appointment is booked, and whether the practice is actually near the new buildings they've just moved into.
- 02“barber N17”
Chosen quickly and visually, often within days of moving in. Real photographs of the shop and the work, plus current opening hours, decide it faster than reputation would in an established area.
- 03“gym near Ashley Road”
New households joining a gym want to know exactly how close it is to the Ashley Road blocks and whether it's actually open, since there's no existing word-of-mouth to fall back on in a neighbourhood this new.
Examples only. The three searches are agreed with you around the work you want more of and what people newly arrived here actually type. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.

Tottenham Hale
A district centre being created, not restored, around a station carrying the Stansted Express.
Tottenham Hale station now sits at the front of a genuinely large regeneration scheme. The Heart of Hale masterplan will deliver 1,030 new homes, a primary care health centre, 15 retail units, co-working and office space, a cinema and two football pitches next to the Underground station, and construction started on site in June 2020 as part of a wider scheme reported at around £500 million. One Ashley Road, described as the front door to the masterplan, sits directly opposite the transport hub. The station itself was redeveloped and completed in April 2022, and carries the Victoria line alongside Greater Anglia's West Anglia Main Line and Lea Valley services, including the Stansted Express.
That combination doesn't exist anywhere else on this corridor. Bruce Grove is a heritage high street where the buildings and the customers both predate everyone trading there now. Tottenham Hale is the opposite: new buildings, a new population, and no inherited high street or established traders to compete with. It is also the corridor's airport and intercity gateway, since Stansted Express and Greater Anglia services call here alongside the Victoria line, which brings a class of traveller trade that Bruce Grove, Tottenham Green and Northumberland Park simply don't see.
The masterplan is being delivered in phases, and it should be described that way rather than as finished — new households and new ground-floor units are still arriving. What matters for a business here is the window that opens each time another phase completes: a resident moving into a flat at Hale Wharf or one of the new blocks around Ashley Road has no usual dentist, no family barber, no default place to eat, and picks whoever they can find and verify first. That first impression tends to stick for years, which makes visibility right now worth more here than in a place where loyalties are already settled.

If you trade right around the station and the new masterplan buildings, the site says that. If you also cover the wider Tottenham corridor, it says that instead.
Tottenham Hale industries
The trade decides the shape of the site. New arrivals decide how urgent it is.
A dentist opening near the station and a gym in a new ground-floor unit both need to be found by people who have never heard of them. Each starts from how its customers choose, then adds proof of exactly where it is.
