Say "Hackney Wick" and half the ground people picture is somewhere else. Your site has to be the thing that gets a customer to the right side of the water.

The same name is used well beyond where it actually applies. Fish Island, immediately south and routinely spoken of as part of Hackney Wick, is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets - a designated conservation area whose warehouses were converted to studios and lofts in the 1990s. Here East, on the site of the former Hackney Wick Stadium, is in the London Borough of Newham. A customer told to meet a business "in Hackney Wick" can be pointed at either without ever crossing into Hackney at all, and a listing that gets the borough wrong sends them the wrong way over a canal for nothing.

That makes precision the entire commercial argument here. A website that names the actual street - White Post Lane, the stretch around the station, the specific warehouse - and states which side of which bridge a studio is on does the job that the area's own name will not do. Real photographs of the workshop itself, a clear address, and the nearest station stated plainly matter more here than almost anywhere else in this batch, because the alternative is a customer who arrives confident and ends up somewhere else entirely.
